Estimates & Payment Policy

Free Estimates

TC Renovations & Property Services LLC offers free initial estimates for eligible projects. Detailed inspections, specialized assessments, or extensive project planning may involve additional charges, which will be disclosed before proceeding.

Estimate Validity

Written estimates are valid for the period specified in the individual proposal. Pricing may change due to material costs, availability, or modifications to the project scope.

Deposits & Payments

Any required deposits, progress payments, and final balances will be established in the written project agreement and administered in accordance with applicable Florida law.

Additional Work

Any work outside the original agreed scope must be approved through a written change order before additional charges are incurred.

Project Completion

Final inspections, customer approvals, and outstanding payments will be handled according to the signed agreement and applicable law.
